Dec. 26, 2023 - Crest wins Telly Award for Workplace Culture. The Telly Awards is an international program recognizing outstanding video projects, strategic campaigns, and the companies that produce them. The 44th Annual Telly Awards program saw a record-breaking 12,000 entries from 6 continents and all 50 states. Out of this large candidate pool, Crest Industries was selected as one of the Top Five in the Workplace Culture category, earning a Bronze Telly Award.

Crest Industries works diligently to cultivate a workplace culture rooted in our people and centered around our core values. To help with this effort, the Crest Family established the Culture Corps in 2021 to highlight team members putting those values into action as they own doing the right thing, celebrate wins together, question the status quo, and rise to the challenge.

Over the past two years, the Culture Corps initiative identified and honored 76 outstanding individuals across the Crest Family of Companies. These efforts positively impacted our workplace and resonated within the communities we serve, emphasizing the values we hold dear.  

This award is a team win and a celebration of our collective dedication to shaping a workplace culture that empowers, inspires, and supports each team member.
