Crest Industries earned international recognition from The Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA) in the 2022 Communicator Awards program on May 10.
“With over 5,000 entries received from across the US and around the world, the Communicator Awards is the largest and most competitive awards program honoring creative excellence, effectiveness, and innovation for communications professionals and organizations,” says AIVA Managing Director Lauren Angeloni.
The Academy honored the Crest Marketing Team for multiple projects throughout our family of companies in their 28th annual awards program. The 2021 Women in Industry initiative secured the program’s highest honor, an Award of Excellence, in the Integrated Campaigns category.
“I was thrilled to be greeted by such a high level of creativity amongst the submissions for the 28th season,” Angeloni says.
The team also won an Award of Distinction in the Marketing Effectiveness category for the Avant Organics Corporate Launch. Judges commended both entries for their creative work that used a variety of media like written communication, social media, video, and digital assets to showcase results-based effectiveness and create solutions within the industry.
“When we all come together, use our talents, and rally behind our purpose and values, our teams at Crest are capable of doing incredible things,” says Carol Hendrix, CHRO and EVP of Marketing and Communications for Crest Industries. “These initiatives were able to leave a tangible impact on our communities and our organization. Earning this recognition is a win, not just for our marketing and communications team, but for everyone in our Crest Community.”
The panel of judges from the AIVA honors projects across a spectrum of industries, championing effective and meaningful marketing, public relations, and communications work. Other winners who received an Award of Excellence include Forbes, The Walt Disney Company, Deloitte, PepsiCo, NASA, and more.
