Each month, one member of the Culture Corps is recognized as a Culture Champion for their outstanding efforts of living our Values and helping our teams, customers and communities grow beyond what we believe is possible. Congratulations to Sherri Roy. Sherri is the Proposal Assistant at Beta and was nominated by her teammates to be inducted into Crest's Culture Corps for the month of April. Sherri is in a key position at Beta supporting the busy Beta proposals team and maintaining the filing, organization, contract creation, and administrative duties for the entire department. In line with both Crest and Beta’s values, Sherri does it all with a positive and team-player attitude. She pursues that which challenges her and makes sure the entire team can win together and succeed on an unlimited scale.
Congratulations to Shannon Dauzat, Programmer/Analyst at DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations. Shannon was nominated by his supervisor for always bringing a can-do mentality to the team and rising to the challenges that come from handling Epicor. Shannon always keeps a good attitude and doesn’t shy away from the issues or struggles he encounters – rather, Shannon charges the storm. His teammates say that if it wasn’t for Shannon, the team would struggle to get everything done through the help of consultants – limiting DIS-TRAN Packaged Substations’ agility to quickly serve its customers and teams.

Robert is a great example of our values in action! As St. Jude’s Heroes, he and his son Landon raise funds for the children’s cancer research center and the families receiving treatment there in honor of his late wife, Monica, who passed away from cancer. Robert champions the phrase “rise to the challenge,” and he focuses on building lasting relationships and supporting his team to make sure we can all win together both in the community and across the Crest Family.
Todd has been a part of the CNR team for over 16 years, and he has proven his dedication to the team and our values countless times! His team member said that Todd is “always reliable, hardworking, and not afraid to get his hands dirty or to find a better way of doing things.”
Ben Parker, MG’s Plant Manager, shares that Tina goes above and beyond to help her team members, and she always does it with a smile. He says he has never heard her tell anyone no for anything. She does her job well, and she also reaches out to help her co-workers when they have a bad day. Her trademark small acts of kindness have made her a joy to be around and a wonderful team member.
Congratulations to Nu Le, Financial Systems Analyst at Crest Operations, on her induction into Culture Corps! Nu is a great example of owning doing the right thing and winning together. She is very active with our teams both in the office and at community events to support charities and organizations in central Louisiana. Her nominator Tyler Pasche says that “Nu will go above and beyond to make sure our teams’ needs are met.” She is dedicated to making sure our team members and business units have what they need to succeed, deliver results, and win together. Nu, thank you for everything you do to support our teams and live our values every day – Congratulations!
Before moving to his new position, Scotty was a Senior Estimator for the team where he supported Beta’s growing proposal requests and headcount. Last year, the Proposal group at Beta underwent substantial growth, and his then collogue, now supervisor Chris Lohman, shared that without Scotty's mentoring, the team wouldn’t be where they are today. “Scotty [took three new estimators] under his wing and has been a major part of their growth and learning.”
